Email aktivasi mungkin belum diterima karena beberapa alasan, misalnya masuk ke folder Spam/Junk atau alamat email yang didaftarkan tidak sesuai atau salah ketik. Jika email ditemukan di folder Spam/Junk, pastikan menandainya sebagai “Bukan Spam” agar email berikutnya masuk ke Inbox. Jika setelah pengecekan ini email masih belum diterima, silakan hubungi tim support Xignature untuk mendapatkan bantuan lebih lanjut.

Why haven’t I received my activation email??

There are a few reasons you might not have received the activation email. It could have landed in your Spam/Junk folder or the email address you registered may have been incorrect or mistyped. If the email is in Spam/Junk, mark it as “Not Spam” so that future emails go directly to your Inbox. If you still haven’t received the email after checking, contact the Xignature support team for further assistance.
